For agencies

Every client store's tracking, in one place

Link your clients' Shopify stores to one agency account. Configure destinations once and roll them out everywhere, watch delivery and tracking health across the whole portfolio, and send clients reports with your name on them.

Sign in with Google. Free for up to 9 stores; a card is only needed for the Growth and Scale platform tiers.

What the portal does

One dashboard for the whole portfolio

Plan, usage, tracking health and open alerts for every store you manage, in a single view — so a store that stopped reporting conversions surfaces before the client emails you about it.

Configure once, apply everywhere

Save a destination setup as a template and apply it across stores in bulk. Credentials are encrypted at rest, and server-managed OAuth connections are never overwritten by a bulk apply.

Client reports under your brand

Send a tracking health report carrying your name, logo and colours. On the Growth and Scale platform tiers the Converlay credit comes off entirely, and Scale can serve the whole portal on your own domain.

Your team, with real seats

Invite teammates into your agency account with owner, admin or member roles. Everyone works from the same client list instead of sharing one login.

Clients stay in control

Access is granted by the store owner, never by us. That is deliberate — it is what makes an agency link safe for a merchant to accept.

  1. 1

    You invite the store

Send an invitation by email, or share one link with all your clients.

  2. 2

    The owner approves it

They approve from inside their own Shopify admin, in the Converlay app they already have installed.

  3. 3

    They can revoke any time

The same screen removes your access immediately. No support ticket, no waiting on us.

Agency pricing

Two things, kept apart: what the console costs you, and what Converlay pays you for the stores you manage. Your clients keep paying their own Converlay plan through Shopify — nothing on their bill changes.

1 — What a store earns you

A partner credit on each client's plan, per month, set by how many paid stores you manage.

Client store tier1–9 stores10%10–24 stores20%25–99 stores30%100+ stores40%
Starter store1,000 tracked orders/mo · the client pays $39$4/mo$8/mo$12/mo$16/mo
Pro store5,000 tracked orders/mo · the client pays $99$10/mo$20/mo$30/mo$40/mo
Scale store25,000 tracked orders/mo · the client pays $249$25/mo$50/mo$75/mo$100/mo

The credit is computed on your whole portfolio each cycle, rounded once on the total, and applies to every store — including ones already credited — the month you cross a bracket. It follows the tier each store is on today: upgrade a client and the credit grows with them. Free stores link at no charge and earn no credit.

2 — Platform fee

What the agency console itself costs. Seats included, no per-seat billing.

Net

$374

Converlay owes you $374. The credit offsets your platform fee first; the rest accrues as a balance.

Client stores keep their own Converlay subscription through Shopify at their normal price. The credit is paid to your agency, not taken from them.

What the trial covers, exactly

The 14-day trial waives the platform fee only. Your partner credit accrues from the first cycle, because you are managing those stores from day one. Nothing is charged before you choose a paid tier, and the platform tier never changes without you approving it. Your balance offsets platform fees; paying it out is coming next.

Same meter as your clients

Stores are billed on tracked orders, the number a merchant already understands. The credit follows their plan, so there is nothing new to explain.

Nothing changes for the merchant

A linked store keeps its plan, its price and its Shopify bill. Linking with your agency never costs a client anything, and unlinking never breaks their tracking.

Upgrades pay you back

The credit is a share of whatever tier a store is on, so moving a client from Starter to Pro grows what you earn, not what you pay.

Questions agencies ask

Who pays for a linked store?
The store does, exactly as before: its own Converlay plan, billed through Shopify at the normal price. Converlay then pays your agency a partner credit — 10% to 40% of that plan every month — for managing it. The credit offsets your platform fee first; anything left accrues as a balance.
How does the credit bracket apply?
The bracket is set by how many paid stores you manage in total and is recomputed every cycle. It applies to every store you manage, including ones already credited, from the cycle you cross a bracket. Free stores link at no charge and do not count.
Can my platform tier change without asking me?
No. If you link more stores than your tier covers we ask you to move up before the link goes through; nothing is repriced silently. Cancel a paid tier and you return to the free Starter tier with your stores still linked.
What happens when a client leaves?
They revoke access from their Shopify admin and the store leaves your portal immediately. Their tracking keeps running on their own plan — nothing about their subscription changes — and the credit for that store stops at the end of the cycle.
